Our Grass Finished cattle spend their lives grazing natural (& irrigated?) pastures right here in the Bay Area. If you hike locally, you may have even gotten a photo-op with one of them!

Around 50% of that weight will be steaks & roasts cut to your specifications, and the other 50% +/- will be hamburger/boneless stew meat.

A Whole Beef is the most customizable option, and great for families of 3+ who eat beef several times a week!

​

You can expect approximately 450 pounds of meat from a Whole Beef - broken down that's roughly 200 pounds of ground beef or stew meet, and over 200 pounds of cut steaks & roasts.
